About Grace M. Clarke

Grace M. Clarke, MPA, PMP, CSM is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of public service, financial services, and community leadership. A proud Brooklyn native, Grace has built a career grounded in purposeful leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to strengthening the communities she serves.

Professional Leadership

Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer for CERTORUS, Grace leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational analytics, performance management, employee engagement, and vendor relations. Her expertise lies in balancing strategic oversight with practical execution, ensuring that both client objectives and vendor deliverables align with agency standards and public accountability.

Education & Credentials

Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business and a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, where she is also a proud David Dinkins Leadership Fellow. Her professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), and Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP®).Commitment to Service & Community Service is central to Grace’s life and leadership. She currently serves on the Executive Board of Delta Mu Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated®, and is honored to serve as Worthy Matron of Joppa Chapter No. 30, Prince Hall Order of Eastern Star, State of New York. She is also a board member of the Kappa Beta Sigma Limited Foundation, supporting international scholarship opportunities for young men from Brooklyn.

Grace has previously served in leadership roles with the Urban Financial Services Coalition, the National Council of Negro Women (Brooklyn Chapter), and the Global Language Project, advancing initiatives related to professional development, cultural literacy, and educational equity. She currently lends her voice as an advisory board member to organizations including the African American Literary Awards and Laughing Black Vampire Productions, an award‑winning independent science fiction publishing company. Her community work has consistently focused on financial literacy, youth advocacy, and empowerment, particularly for foster care youth navigating systems with limited access and support.
